- Fantastic work environment! What You’ll Do: Recruit, hire, train, and develop field electricians.
- Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to each job.
- Provide coaching and hold your team accountable to performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Educate customers on upgrades and additional services.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, organized, and stocked.
- Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service. What You Bring: Experience as an electrician and leading a service department.
- A passion for training, coaching, and developing electrical careers.
- Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
