Job Detail
- We are looking for an experienced automotive lead technician to diagnose vehicles with precision and lead a team of technicians.
- We are looking for a lead technician who is driven to grow professionally and further develop their role into shop supervisor, corporate, or even store ownership roles

- WHAT DO WE EXPECT OF YOU?
- Manage workflow with other technicians. the ability to achieve high labor-hour productivity
- Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles of most makes and models
- Able to train the team on completing Digital Vehicle Inspections
- Know how to leverage your resources/tools to find solutions to problems (e.g Forums, Identifix, AllData)
- ASE-Certifications are required for the Lead Technician role and are preferred for a service technician role.
