- Operate and set up all associated paint and coating equipment, including conveyors and automated painting systems.
- Lay out patterns, perform doping, sealant, mixing, and stripping operations to comply with specifications.
- Maintain equipment, required records, logs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations for hazardous materials.
- Provide assistance and on‑the‑job training to teammates as needed.
- Escalate technical information to the leadman or supervisor when required.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance to start. Basic Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. One (1) to 3(3) years experience. Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a 5day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
