- The ideal candidate for this position is a versatile “jack of all trades” with experience in interior tenant improvements / remodeling, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- We seek some1who works safely and thrives on the variety of tasks in their work-life and welcomes the challenges of the remodeling industry
- Demonstrated expertise in home maintenance and remodeling
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Complete set of tools for the job
- Effective communication skills with clients
- Capability to handle paperwork, invoices, and collect payments
- Proficiency in English is crucial for maintaining a secure construction working environment and facilitating effective client communication

- Responsibilities General maintenance and handyman repair tasks
- Select demolition / de-construction
- Drywall patching, repair, and painting
- Millwork and trim
- Door hardware installations and repairs
- Small-scale tenant improvement projects
- Adjustments to doors and cabinetry
- Tile installation, grouting, and repairs
- Basic electrical work
- Basic plumbing services
- Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining an adequate stock of necessary equipment
