Job Detail
- Perform detailed painting for apartment interiors, exteriors, hallways, and community spaces
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as needed
- Complete touch-ups and finishing work for make-ready units
- Assist with light carpentry, drywall, and basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain an organized paint area and track paint colors and supply inventory
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure all work complies with safety and company standards
- Report major repair needs or safety issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional painting or maintenance experience (multifamily experience preferred)
- Skills: Proficient in surface prep, paint application, and finishing. ability to perform basic repairs
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems is a plus
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic
- Preferred Certifications: EPA 608 or OSHA 10
