- Follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize production interruptions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in CMMS
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vacuum pumps, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Provide technical support for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and new installations
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend solutions
