Job Detail
- Perform mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Install and maintain automated machinery (robots, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics)
- Fabricate and weld parts; operate shop tools (lathes, grinders, mills)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Document maintenance activities in CMMS; mentor junior technicians
Qualifications:
2- or 4-year technical degree OR 10–15 yrs hands-on industrial maintenance experience- 8–10 yrs preventive/corrective maintenance in Injection, Compression, Composite, or Roto Molding
- Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read/write English and interpret technical schematics
- Must have stable work history
Nice to Have:
Experience with Haitian, JSW, Husky, or Uniloy machines; Star/Yushin Robots; Ferry/Compression molding; Conair/Una-Dyn equipment; forklift/scissor-lift certification
Location Preference:
Candidates from Mebane / Greensboro / Raleigh-Durham, NC only
Interview: On-site
Shift Differential: $1- 50/hr
