Job Detail
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, unclogging plumbing lines, filling gaps on walls, etc.
- Check control panels and plumbing lines to identify issues
- Install or repair furniture and lighting.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g air condition units)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g fire alarm)
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g power outages).
- Inspect motel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
- Notify management where major repairs are needed
- Report to Residential Manager for issues requiring major repair.
- Skills
- You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Basic knowledge of motel In-Room AC units, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
