Job Detail
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HVAC or electrical systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices. Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed.
- Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
- Utilize welding skills as needed.
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management. Skills: Electrical wiring: troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment during production.
- Steam fluid systems: diagnose and maintain piping, valves, pumps, regulators, and related instrumentation.
- Mechanical repair: perform tear-downs, part replacement, alignment, and reassembly to restore equipment performance.
- Precision measurement: verify repairs/installations meet spec using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.
- Work at heights: safely climb ladders and access elevated areas as needed.
- Communication teamwork: clearly document work and collaborate with operators, maintenance, and leadership.
