- A valid and current drivers license as well as a reliable vehicle to be able to drive between locations
- Working knowledge of all basic hand tools and lawn care implements
- Experience doing building maintenance and repairs (painting, drywall repair, changing light ballasts, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and 75 lbs. occasionally
