Job Detail
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and structural components.
- Lead painting projects.
- Oversee facilities maintenance operations with a focus on customer service by responding promptly to repair requests.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Maintaining and repairing roll up doors and locks.
- Light property clean up and inspections.
- Landscape clean up
- Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or maintenance person roles with a strong background in everyday repairs including mechanical, painting, grounds keeping, etc.
- Welding experience a plus but not required.
- Electrical experience a plus but not required.
- Experience with painting projects that require attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, or clients effectively.
