Job Detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical or trade school training preferred.
- Certifications or licenses in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical fields are a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a hotel, commercial, or multi-family property. Proven ability to perform general repairs and maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull carts up to 200 lbs.
- Frequent walking, bending, standing, kneeling, and reaching.
