- Custodial duties Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms and elevators, etc
- Maintenance PaintingOther duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
Requirements:
Must be dependable - Must be a self-starter
- Must be an independent worker
- Weekends required
- Must passbackground check and drug screen
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds
