- Previous work experience with mechanical systems and/or commercial building maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately maintain records and schedule in an institutional/commercial environment.
- Conditional Requirements: Valid Driver’s License This Position Is Designated As Mandatory And Must Report Or Stay Over During Adverse Weather Events. This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package. The normal working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute meal break. This position is subject to emergency or inclement weather call back due to hospital emergencies 365 days a year.
