Job Detail
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Safely operate tools and machinery to repair or replace components.
- Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections. What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, and fabrication techniques.
- Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs. Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment
