- This position supports the Tool room and manufacturing operations by producing precision parts and components using various machine tools. The ideal candidate must be skilled in operating manual and CNC equipment and capable of interpreting technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate machine tools such as: Lathes Milling machines Saws Grinders Fabricate and modify parts to meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machining equipment. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Apply basic shop mathematics, including: Trigonometry Plane and solid geometry Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT) Preferred Skills: CNC programming and operation Welding and fabrication Experience with EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) is a plus Qualifications: Completion of a trade school program, apprenticeship, or equivalent combination of education and at least 2–5 years of machining experience Ralliant Corporation Overview Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
