Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes and small commercial properties
- Perform rough and finish plumbing for remodels, additions, and new construction
- Diagnose issues, provide repair options, and execute solutions efficiently
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and contractors
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Proven experience as a licensed Journeyman Plumber or similar construction plumbing role
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, soldering, and related plumbing techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License (Required) *Must be licensed.
- 2–3+ years of residential or light commercial plumbing experience
- Ability to read blueprints and follow job plans
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with gas piping, HVAC tie-ins, or mini split systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
