Job description: we are seeking a florida-licensed electrician and florida-licensed plumber to assist with pulling permits, reviewing plans, and providing technical oversight for residential projects.

Employment History is required

• Assist with pulling and managing permits for new construction and renovation projects
• Review construction plans for code compliance
• Communicate with building departments when needed
• Provide technical guidance to on-site teams
• Optional: Perform limited on-site inspections or walkthroughs (not required if remote)
• Electrician-Specific:
• Review electrical plans and confirm NEC and Florida Building Code compliance
• Assist with electrical permit applications, revisions, and closeouts
• Plumber-Specific:
• Review plumbing layouts for code compliance
• Assist with plumbing permit applications, revisions, and closeouts
• Requirements:
• Valid Florida Electrical License (Certified or Registered) OR
• Valid Florida Plumbing License (Certified or Registered)
• Familiarity with local permitting portals (e.g, ePermitting, Accela, municipality systems)
• Ability to communicate professionally with building departments
• Strong understanding of the Florida Building Code
• Can work remotely with reliable communication
• Must be able to be the license holder for permit pulls (as required by project)
• Compensation:
