Qualifications
Master)~ Minimum of 5 years experience working as a licensed Electrician~ Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work~ Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures~~ Physical Requirements:~~ Frequent travel across the Denver Metro area~ Continual walking, standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching~ Moderate lifting and carrying~~ This job will be posted until filled.

Job Detail
  • Perform day-to-day electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including outlets, switches, fans, and panels
  • Replace and upgrade existing electrical panels in individual apartments as well as main building panels
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components
  • Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plans
  • Ensure work is completed according to local and national electrical codes
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License
  • Consent to criminal background check
  • Education and Experience:
  • Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a licensed Electrician
  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety procedures
  • Physical Requirements:
