- Lead and perform low-voltage cabling installations, including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A
- Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling, including mechanical and fusion splicing
- Use Fluke test equipment to verify cable performance and troubleshoot issues
- Build and organize MDF/IDF rooms: install ladder racks, cable trays, racks, and cabinets
- Install and configure patch panels, network devices, WAPs, security cameras, and AV systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
- Manage daily site operations, oversee technician crews, and coordinate project timelines
- Ensure all installations meet company and industry quality standards
- Document testing results, installation progress, and project closeout information

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in low-voltage cabling and network infrastructure installation - Strong expertise in copper and fiber cabling installation and terminations
- Proficient in using Fluke testing equipment for copper and fiber validation
- Proven experience leading field crews and managing project installations
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and field work best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

BICSI certification or manufacturer-specific training (Panduit, Corning, Siemon, etc - )
- Experience in data centers, commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments
