Are you a house painter with more than 2 years of experience that loves helping coach other painters and is ready to lead a team, deliver five-star results, and be part of something bigger?we’re a small, people-first painting company looking for a crew leader who takes ownership, communicates well, and genuinely cares about quality and customer experience.

$21 – $25 an hour

Occupational Experience of 2 Years is required

• Lead a small team on residential and light commercial painting projects
• Review job scope, organize materials and equipment, and prep the crew
• Communicate with clients before and during the project to set clear expectations
• Manage project schedule, quality, and daily production goals
• Provide daily job updates to clients and the company (progress, issues, next steps)
• Oversee final walkthroughs, handle touch-ups, ensure job site is clean, and assist with closing out the project
