• The Reality Check
• This isn’t a 9-to-5 gig. You’ll work when customers need systems installed – typically 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, plus rotating weekend on-call coverage. We need some1who can handle 8+ installs per pay period and won’t disappear when it gets busy.
• Day-to-Day
• Lead 2-person crew on residential installs
• Handle complete system changeouts, service calls, and callbacks
• Train your helper to your standards
• Collect payment before leaving each job
• Document everything in our system with photos
• Cross-train at other locations when needed

• Quality work that passes inspection first time
• Show up on time, every time
• Handle your own callbacks within 24 hours
• Maintain accurate truck inventory
