  • Supportive, team-oriented environment This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with possible weekend work during the summer. You will report to a central location before heading out to your job site in most surrounding Houston areas.
  • YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
  • As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. Your day will begin by gathering all necessary materials and ensuring they are loaded and accounted for before leaving the warehouse. You will then travel to job sites where you will install a variety of HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, ducts, and thermostats. Throughout the day, you will perform your tasks in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards, ensuring that all installations are completed in a clean, organized, and professional manner. As you guide and mentor installation helpers, you will delegate tasks as needed while also communicating effectively with customers about the installation process and the operation of the equipment. You will troubleshoot any installation issues that arise and ensure that system startup and performance testing are completed.
  • WHAT’S REQUIRED TO BE A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER? 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Ability to lead a crew and work independently
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and tools
  • EPA certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
