• This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities available. As an Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you’ll leave straight from your home in your fully equipped, late-model service van and head to your assigned job site. Using detailed blueprints and technical diagrams, you’ll install HVAC systems and components for residential customers. Your tasks will include measuring, cutting, and connecting systems, followed by thorough testing to ensure proper performance. Throughout the day, you’ll communicate with customers to ensure they feel informed and confident, recommending additional services when appropriate.
• If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit! 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic abilities and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with clients and recommend services Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. ABOUT US
