Job overview we are seeking a highly skilled lead experienced hvac technician to oversee and perform complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration system installations, repairs, and maintenance.

$55,000 – $100,000 a year

Job Tenure is required

• Lead and coordinate HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance projects across commercial and residential properties.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC system designs to ensure accurate implementation.
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Perform refrigeration work including ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R applications.
• Conduct plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and property maintenance.
• Repair and maintain air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
• Utilize welding skills for equipment repair or fabrication needs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
• Supervise field service operations, providing technical guidance to team members.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R systems with a strong background in construction, property maintenance, or appliance repair.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems troubleshooting.
• Skilled in refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration applications.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and equipment repair techniques.
• Ability to perform welding and boiler maintenance tasks as needed.
• Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, air conditioning systems, and general equipment repair.
• Field service experience with a track record of leading technical teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to read technical schematics and blueprints accurately.
