  • , you’ll oversee and participate in exterior remodeling projects that reflect Morin’s
  • standard of excellence. You’ll work hands-on while guiding a small crew to complete installations of seamless siding, gutters, trim, and windows, ensuring that every detail meets our expectations for safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Lead and support installation of seamless gutters, downspouts, steel/vinyl siding, and exterior trim/flashing.
  • Set windows and doors plumb, level, and square. ensure all weatherproofing meets manufacturer and company standards.
  • Plan, measure, cut, and fit materials accurately for clean, professional finishes.
  • Oversee job site safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
  • Direct and mentor crew members, ensuring work is completed efficiently and with craftsmanship.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and office staff regarding progress and materials.
  • Track time, job notes, and documentation in JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce apps.
  • Represent Morin’s with professionalism and respect, maintaining a customer-first mindset on every project.
  • Qualifications 5 or more years of residential exterior carpentry, siding, or remodeling experience (lead experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage small crews, delegate tasks, and maintain production schedules.
  • Strong measuring, layout, and installation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commitment to craftsmanship and safety, you take pride in doing the job right the first time.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn digital tools for time tracking and documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Comfortable working at heights or in enclosed spaces when required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, you build trust, coach others, and keep morale high.
  • Safety-conscious mindset. OSHA or related certification is a plus.
  • A team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to adapt and problem-solve on the fly.
