- Possession of a valid CDL Class A or Class B license and extensive experience in truck driving
- Proficiency in loading, unloading, and securing cargo
- Thorough understanding and compliance with DOT regulations
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred ~
