A “tools-on” Superintendent to oversee the day to day production activities on high-end large remodeling projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A seasoned “tools-on” Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day production activities on a project with emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.

Project Manager Duties:
Own the project strategy, schedule and budget; proactively manage risk, scope, and changes to achieve revenue, margin, schedule, and client-satisfaction targets
Attend client meetings and lead daily project activities
Keep a clean, safe and organized jobsite
Communicate effectively with the Production Manager daily
In collaboration with our in-house design team, identify potential issues and assist in developing solutions
Complete carpentry work by being “tools on” for the project
Showcase your craftsmanship and attention to detail through high-quality finish carpentry work
Manage and mentor other carpenters and helpers on the project

WHAT YOU BRING:
Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of construction and how to put a house together
7+ years of residential remodeling experience
Reliable transportation (late-model truck/van) and your own tools
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints
Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and strong follow-through

Salary
$36 – $42 per hour
