Job Detail
- Supervise carpentry crews on residential remodels and additions
- Execute complex framing and finish carpentry tasks
- Interpret plans, manage budgets, schedules, and materials
- Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
- Train and mentor team members
- Communicate clearly with clients, leadership, and subcontractors
- Represent WORKS by JD with professionalism on-site and in the community
- What You Bring:
- 10+ years of high-end residential carpentry experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- OSHA 10 and RRP certifications preferred
- Physically capable of handling demanding work in all weather
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
