Job Brief
We are a small construction company seeking an experienced lead carpenter / residential remodeler to take charge of high-quality home renovation projects.
Salary Detail
$30 – $40 an hour

Job Detail
- Lead and execute all phases of residential remodeling projects including demo, framing, trim, cabinetry, flooring, doors, windows, and finish carpentry.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure all work meets design intent and building codes.
- Perform layout, measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation of materials to precise specifications.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Qualifications
- 4-7 years of residential carpentry and remodeling experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of home construction methods, building codes, and finish standards.
- Skilled in rough and finish carpentry, door/window installation, cabinetry, trim, tile, and flooring work.
- Electrical knowledge and plumbing skills are highly preferred.
- Ability to plan daily work activities, sequence tasks, and keep projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as required.

- Carry own workers compensation and liability insurance
- Own truck and basic tools
- Be able to tow trailers, pickup and deliver materials
- Job Type: Full-time
- Base Pay: $30 – $40 per hour
- Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
