Salary Detail
$25.01 – $32.04 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform skilled rough and finish carpentry
- Lead, mentor, and direct anapprentice carpenter on-site
- Execute framing, doors, windows, drywall repairs, flooring, punch lists, and general building tasks
- Read and interpret plans, verify measurements, and document field conditions
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities, materials, and tools
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Communicate clearly and professionally with project managers, subcontractors, andclients
- Qualifications:
- 5+ years of carpentry experience (residential or commercial)
- Proven ability to lead, teach, and problem-solve in the field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and a full set of basic hand tools
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in project execution.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction trades are preferred but not essential if extensive experience is demonstrated.
