Job Detail
  • Lead construction crews, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards like keeping a clean jobsite at the end of every day
  • Be able to deal with customers in a freindy attitude, making them feel that their home is important to us.
  • Perform and oversee a wide range of carpentry tasks, including some trim carpentry, framing, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding, and roofing. Much of what we do is outdoor decks, patios,siding and fences, but you must be well rounded and at least understand many things about remodeling as we do it all!
  • Possess ,and utilize your own hand tools, power tools. We expect you to have at least the basic tools to be self-sufficient: circular saw, dills, saw-zaw, Jig saw
  • Make list on the fly at a particular job site materials needed and then be able to go get those items, even if you need me to pay for them over the phone.
  • Manage restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, water damage restoration, and general renovation efforts
  • Install fixtures such as doors, cabinetry, flooring (tile laying and flooring installation), Outlets and fans.
  • know when to say you dont know something and ask questions
  • Show up on time and leave on time. Utilze the clocking in sytem provided
  • Perform drywall finishing, painting (construction painting), caulking, and other finishing trades to achieve a polished look
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site while maintaining productivity and morale among team members
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, materials used, safety incidents, and quality inspections
  • Take pictures daily to document progress and send them to me.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding installation, drywall finishing, tile laying or related fields
  • Extensive hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, as listed above.
  • Strong background in construction remodeling, including safety protocols and team supervision
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading for various trades including electrical schematics and structural plans ( not mandatory)
  • Experience with concrete forming techniques and rebar installation for structural projects ( not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage restoration processes
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding tasks
  • Skilled in fixture installation—doors hanging, cabinetry setup—and general remodeling activities
  • Background in manufacturing or metal stud framing is a plus ( not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike
  • Valid certifications related to construction trades preferred. relevant licenses or permits required where applicable ( not mandatory)

  • Pay: $22 – $30 per hour
