Lead Cabinet Installer & Field Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Cabinet Installer & Field Operations Supervisor will oversee and execute cabinet installations while managing multiple installation crews and coordinating field operations. This role includes hands-on cabinet and tile installation, supervision of two installation teams, management of one warehouse associate responsible for cabinet assembly and deliveries, and maintaining direct communication with clients to ensure smooth delivery and installation experiences.
To be successful in this position, you must have strong installation expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to organize and manage multiple job sites efficiently while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES
Lead cabinet and tile installations to ensure the highest quality workmanship and attention to detail
Coordinate and manage two installation crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
Supervise one warehouse associate responsible for cabinet assembly, staging, and deliveries
Communicate with clients regarding cabinet delivery timelines, installation progress, and any field updates
Review installation plans, layouts, and drawings prior to installation for accuracy and feasibility
Manage scheduling of installations and delivery coordination with the office and warehouse
Ensure proper materials, tools, and resources are prepared for each project
Perform site inspections to verify quality and completion
Collaborate closely with sales, project coordination, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company procedures
COMPETENCIES
Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead, train, and motivate installation crews
Technical Expertise: Strong background in cabinetry installation, carpentry, or general remodeling
Organization & Scheduling: Excellent at planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple job sites
Client Communication: Professional and courteous communication with clients and team members
Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate and resolve field challenges efficiently
Quality Control: Commitment to craftsmanship and precision in every installation
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of cabinet installation or carpentry experience required
Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred
Tile installation experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and working with tools
Ability to travel between job sites as needed

Pay: $56,421.00 – $60,698.00 per year
