About the Job:
RedTree Landscape Design is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead one of our maintenance crews. This is a hands-on leadership position — you’ll manage a small team while ensuring our clients’ lawns and landscapes are maintained to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and work alongside your crew to complete weekly maintenance for residential properties
Plan daily routes, manage schedules, and ensure jobs stay on time and within budget
Monitor turf conditions and determine when to apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest treatments
Operate and oversee the maintenance of all lawn care equipment
Inspect and repair irrigation systems; adjust watering schedules as needed
Maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment
Train and guide crew members to follow best practices in lawn care and safety
Complete daily job tickets, track labor hours, and report materials used
Communicate with management about site conditions, equipment needs, and client concerns
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of lawn care maintenance experience in a supervisory role
Strong working knowledge of turf types and their maintenance requirements
Experience with fertilizer and pesticide applications (applicator license a plus)
Ability to monitor and repair irrigation systems
Lighting system knowledge helpful but not required
Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors year-round
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
