Job Detail
  • Perform turf care services including mowing, edging, trimming, aeration, and seasonal cleanups to maintain healthy, attractive lawns.
  • Conduct routine horticultural maintenance such as pruning, shaping, weeding, mulching, deadheading, fertilizing, and general plant health care.
  • Assist with tree care activities including small tree trimming, corrective pruning, and basic arborist tasks to promote safety and aesthetics.
  • – Landscape Construction Hardscaping
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment—such as skid steers, loaders, and excavators—in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Install and repair irrigation systems, including drip lines, spray heads, valves, and controllers to support optimal plant hydration.
  • Execute hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, garden beds, and other landscape construction tasks.
  • Prepare sites through grading, soil preparation, drainage work, and material transport.
  • – Gardening Planting
  • Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and perennials, ensuring proper soil preparation, spacing, and long-term plant health.
  • Identify common plant health issues and report or address them as required.
  • – Equipment Safety
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance including sharpening blades, checking fluid levels, greasing equipment, and reporting repair needs.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a safe, organized work environment at all times.
  • – Seasonal Services
  • Assist with seasonal landscape preparations such as fall cleanups, winterization, spring startups, and bed rejuvenation.
  • – Experience Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscaping, turf care, groundskeeping, construction, or similar outdoor work is required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, adjust, and maintain landscaping tools, power equipment, and heavy machinery (e.g, skid steer, excavator).
  • Basic understanding of horticultural practices, irrigation systems, plant identification, and hardscape installation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, bending, and equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to follow instructions and work safely.
