- Operate dual beam Focused Ion Beam (FIB) systems to prepare TEM samples, and perform SEM and EDS analysis, meeting cycle-time targets
- Conduct sample pre-treatment for FIB lift out: identify areas of interest, cleave, clean, and coat
- Continuously improve existing TEM preparation methods and develop new techniques to enhance analytical capabilities
- Collect, organize, and report analytical data to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative analytical methods and techniques
- Maintain lab cleanliness and organization in line with 6S housekeeping standards
What You Bring
Associate’s degree in a technical field- Materials Science preferred
- Any experience in TEM sample preparation for semiconductor devices is a plus
- Programming skills are highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work onsite full-time from our Phoenix office
