Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Plumber to join our growing team and assist with the installation of rainwater harvesting systems across residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate has a solid background in plumbing, attention to detail, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Install pumps, piping, fittings, filters, and valves for rainwater harvesting systems
Perform code-compliant plumbing connections and pressure testing
Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and technicians to complete installations
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing or pump-related issues
Ensure all work meets Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
Qualifications:
Current Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master) required
Minimum of 1-3 years of plumbing experience in residential or commercial work
Experience with pump systems, pressure systems, or irrigation connections preferred
Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience with rainwater harvesting or greywater systems
Backflow Prevention certification
Familiarity with solar-powered or off-grid water systems
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience and license level
