Job Detail
- Possess a current and valid certification as an Alaska Journeyman Plumber. (REQUIRED)
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- 10+ years of experience and training in plumbing and mechanical systems, construction, operations, and/or maintenance. Familiarity with Building Automation Systems is not required but is preferable.
- Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with remodeling projects or maintenance person tasks is a plus.
- Good communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
