Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and performing basic math calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Background in carpentry or maintenance person services is beneficial.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on construction sites safely.
