Job Detail
- Plumbing Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
- Service Calls: Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
- Installation: Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.
- Required Experience:
- Active Journeyman’s License
- 2+ years of experience in plumbing or drain cleaning
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools
- Preferred Experience:
- Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
