Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure plumbing work aligns with overall project timelines.
- Adhere to safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and working in various construction site environments.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing needs.
- Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading for accurate installation of plumbing systems.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling pipes accurately.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required on construction sites.
- Experience with pipe threading techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
