• Plumber (Journeyman)
• Pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience) Location: Servicing North Alabama and Southern Tennessee Schedule: Full-time | On-Call Rotation: 1 in every 3 weeks

You’ll perform a mix of residential and commercial service work – focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs rather than just installations.

• What You’ll Do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for both residential and commercial customers.
• Handle service calls for leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water heater repairs.
• Perform new plumbing installations when needed, always ensuring top-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, explaining issues and offering practical, friendly solutions.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1week every 3weeks) for emergency services.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• What We’re Looking For
• Journeyman Plumber License (required)
• 2-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (service work preferred)
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
