We are seeking a skilled and licensed journeyman plumber with experience in commercial construction to join our team.

Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings including water supply lines, drainage systems, venting, gas lines, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Assemble, install, and test pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
- Adhere to all plumbing codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure efficient and coordinated job site operations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
- Use appropriate testing equipment to ensure systems are leak-free and fully operational.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and equipment/tool maintenance.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License in TEXAS.
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of state and local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Experience with commercial piping systems including PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, and gas lines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and layout plans.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in variable weather conditions.
- Able to stand, walk, climb, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
