Job Detail
- Ability to pull wire, install EMT, Rigid or PVC conduit, install panels and necessary connections.
- Meet project completion deadlines in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Install control systems utilizing job mechanical/electrical plans and control drawings.
- Install systems based on verbal direction from supervisors.
- Responsible for startup commissioning and troubleshooting of the control system with supervision.
- Train and supervise apprentices, delegating when necessary.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of electrical construction materials and control equipment required to install an HVAC automation controls system.
- Work safely in a construction jobsite environment following the company’s safety policies.
- Work with other trades to coordinate the installation of the HVAC automation controls system.
- Communicate with supervision to plan manpower requirements and scheduling of materials to the job site.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Available for Local travel. Qualifications: The minimum of a high school diploma or a two-year technical degree in HVAC, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, Or Construction.
- Other technical experience such as military, or other construction experience
- The ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- State of Nebraska Journeyman’s license.
- Must have driver’s license with a clean driving record.
