Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks related to electrical installations.
- Conduct tests using voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working on-site.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues as they arise, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Skills
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with NEC standards and regulations is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on construction sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
