Salary Detail
$30 – $60 an hour

Job Detail
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Perform troubleshooting on electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Work on construction sites to install wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Renovate existing electrical systems to improve efficiency or comply with updated regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.
- Experience
- Proven experience as an electrician in both residential and industrial settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems as well as low voltage applications is highly desirable.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work.
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of site safety practices.
- Knowledge of electrical codes (NEC) and ability to apply them effectively in various situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
