Job Chronology is required

• 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman
• Experience with metal stud framing, drywall hanging, acoustical ceilings, and metal doors/hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret prints.
• Must have hand tools appropriate for the trade.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus (not required).
• Journeyman Carpenter/Foreman Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all aspects of commercial carpentry
• If in Foreman position, overseeing a crew of 3-10 people on commercial new construction/remodel projects
• Perform tasks such as metal stud framing, drywall hanging, acoustical ceilings and metal doors/hardware installation.
• Coordinate and manage daily site activities and ensure quality work.
• Journeyman Carpenter/Foreman Compensation Benefits:
• Hourly Rate: $35-$38/hr (Based on experience).
• Schedule: Typically working 5/8-10s
• Weekly pay via direct deposit.
