Job Detail
- Repairs and replaces hoses, pipes, and numerous types of sprinkler heads and fixtures .
- Turns irrigation systems on and off as designated.
- Operates timers, clocks, and controls for sprinklers.
- Replaces or repairs irrigation valves.
- May assist in various maintenance activities as required.
- Installs or repairs irrigation lines.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Minimum Job Requirements
- Experience preferred however willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to install, operate, troubleshoot and repair manual and/or computerized irrigation systems.
- Ability to perform irrigation tasks such as operate timers, clocks, and controls for sprinklers.
- Knowledge of manual and/or computerized irrigation systems.
- Conditions of Employment Working Conditions
- A valid Florida driver’s license is required.
- Requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Good attendance and punctuality is a top priority.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $20 – $29 per hour
- Expected hours: 32 – 43 per week
