Master’s degree in relevant field is required

• Diagnose and repair irrigation systems (controllers, pumps, valves, sprinklers).
• Perform routine maintenance and recommend upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and clear communication.
• Coordinate with the service team on scheduling and priorities.
• Identify sales/upgrade opportunities during service visits.
• Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards.

• Preferred Skills Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with CRM/tablet-based systems a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Irrigation certifications preferred but not required.
• Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50–75 lbs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather.
• Walk, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.
