Job Detail
- Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and repair activities across residential and commercial sites.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal watering coverage.
- Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and aeration to maintain healthy turf.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and weed control to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine inspections for safety compliance.
- Assist with construction projects related to landscape features or site improvements under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience or strong interest in landscaping, horticulture, or construction is preferred but not required. training will be provided for motivated learners.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
